TheraHOME App

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the TheraHOME application ("the App") provided by H-COMMERCE GLOBAL COMPANY LIMITED ("we", "us"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use together with the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 16 and over. Users under 16 may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Medical disclaimer — please read carefully

The App is not a medical service. The content, exercises, training programs and responses from the AI Assistant in TheraHOME are for reference and support only, and do not replace diagnosis, advice or treatment from a qualified doctor or physiotherapist.

• You should consult a doctor or qualified professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have an underlying medical condition.
• Stop exercising immediately and contact a professional or a medical facility if you experience unusual sharp pain, numbness, rapidly increasing swelling or any other abnormal signs.
• The App is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call the emergency number 115 (in Vietnam) or go to the nearest medical facility immediately — do not use the App as a substitute.
• Content generated by the AI Assistant may be inaccurate or incomplete; it is a reference and support tool, not professional medical advice.

4. User accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information when registering, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access. You can delete your account at any time under Profile → Settings → Delete account.

5. User-generated content (Community section)

When posting articles, comments or images in the Community section, you agree to:

• Not post false or misleading medical information, or content that could harm others.
• Not post offensive, harassing or discriminatory content, spam or unauthorized advertising.
• Respect other users' privacy and not share other people's personal information without their consent.

We reserve the right to remove violating content, or to suspend or terminate violating accounts, without prior notice. You grant us the right to display the content you post within the scope of the App's operation; you remain the owner of your content and may delete it at any time.

6. Purchases in the Store

The Store inside the App sells physical products that support exercise and relaxation (for example therapy wraps and training accessories). Prices, stock availability and delivery times are shown at the time of ordering and may change. Return and refund policies follow Vietnam's consumer-protection and e-commerce laws, as detailed in the Return Policy section in the App.

These are purchases of physical goods and are not covered by Apple's In-App Purchase mechanism.

7. Subscriptions / in-app purchases (if applicable)

If the App offers paid upgrades or paid content through Apple's in-app purchase mechanism, any auto-renewing subscriptions (if offered) will be clearly described before payment, including: package name, duration, price (including tax where applicable), and when auto-renewal occurs.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when the purchase is confirmed.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your Apple ID account settings.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your device Settings (Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions).
• Refund requests for App Store transactions are handled by Apple under Apple's policies, not by us.

8. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, interfaces and source code of TheraHOME (except user-generated content) are the property of H-COMMERCE GLOBAL COMPANY LIMITED or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit them without our prior written permission.

9. Prohibited conduct

• Using the App for unlawful purposes.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, tampering with source code, or interfering with the App's operation.
• Impersonating others or providing false information when registering.
• Using automated tools to collect data from the App without permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, H-COMMERCE GLOBAL COMPANY LIMITED is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App, including but not limited to applying exercises unsuited to your personal health condition without seeking professional advice as recommended in Section 3.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will first be resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Vietnam.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept those changes.
